Details
Included in the price
- Apartment: Fully furnished with electricity, water, heating
- Kitchenette: sufficient equipment with 4 hotplates, fridge, coffee machine
- Bathroom: with shower/WC
- Laundry: bed linen + towels and bath towels
- Cleaning: every 7th day (without kitchen cleaning) and final cleaning
- Parking lot
Not included in the price
- extra linen change: Euro 6,00
- Heating: Euro 7,00/day
- Tourist tax (EUR 1.00 per person/night; Children pay from 12 years)
Terms of payment
- Deposit: with a firm booking we ask for a deposit of up to Euro 100,- p/apartment/week to our bank account. The account number will be given to you with our confirmation.
- Invoice: Your invoice will be paid in cash upon arrival
- Deposit: A deposit of 100 euros will be automatically added to your account and refunded upon departure
Arrival and departure time
- Check-in time: from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Please let us know in advance if you have arrived later
- Day of arrival: if possible on Saturday (but if not possible, we will try to accommodate you)
- Departure time: until 10:00 a.m. the day of departure
Other
- Smoking is not allowed in our apartments
- Pets allowed on request: per night Euro 8,00
